Success POS is built for food service: restaurants, bars, cafés, snack bars, fast food, pizzerias and bakeries.

It suits a business that takes orders and settles bills: at a counter, at a table, or both. A shop with no order flow and no kitchen is not what it was designed around.

It is part of the same system. The amount to be paid is sent from Success POS to the Success Payment terminal, so nobody retypes it.

Retyping a total is where a wrong amount comes from, and it is also the step that makes reconciliation at the end of the day slower than it needs to be.

Pay@Table lets your staff settle the bill at the table on the Success Payment terminal instead of walking back to the till.

Splitting the bill, taking a partial payment and adding a tip are all handled at the table. Pay@Table is part of every Success POS licence and is not charged separately.

Yes. All three are part of every Success POS licence.

One check can become several, a guest can pay part of the total, and a tip can be added at the moment of payment.

Yes. A plan includes a number of active devices, and further stations can be added to an order.

Basic includes one device, Premium two and Pro four; beyond that, each additional station is priced per unit.

Kitchen Display is a separate Success Payment product that puts orders on screens in the kitchen and at the bar instead of on printed tickets.

Each item is routed to the station that prepares it, every dish carries its own status and clock, and the pass sees the whole table at once.

Yes. Kitchen Display connects to Success POS Pro and is not available on the Basic or Premium plans.

It is also a separate subscription: a Success POS plan does not include Kitchen Display, and its price is additional.

The licence is chosen by the number of screens: one screen, up to three, or up to five.

Beyond 5 screens, each further screen is licensed individually, so a large kitchen is not a refusal.

No. Every Kitchen Display licence has the same features.

What changes between Basic, Premium and Pro is only how many screens the licence covers.

Success POS software starts at €39 per month excluding VAT, on the annual plan.

There are three plans (Basic, Premium and Pro), and the full pricing, including hardware, is shown on this page and in the configurator.

Kitchen Display licences start at €65 per month excluding VAT and are priced by the number of screens.

On the annual plan, the Basic licence is €663 per year excluding VAT, equivalent to €55.25 per month.

The screens themselves are rented per month and are priced in the configurator, where the screen count is chosen.

The standard online configuration rents the hardware, for Success POS and for Kitchen Display screens alike, charged monthly according to the setup you choose. Rented hardware remains Success Payment property for the term of the contract.

Buying the hardware is also possible. There is no published purchase price because it depends on the configuration, so ask us for a quotation and we will prepare one.

For rented hardware, a fault that is not caused by misuse is handled by us in accordance with the contract terms.

The initial term is 36 months. You can choose monthly or annual invoicing.

Billing frequency is how often an invoice is raised, not how long the agreement runs: choosing monthly invoicing does not shorten the commitment.

Yes. Success POS is sold, delivered and installed in Luxembourg, and that is currently the only market it is offered in.

Availability in another market requires a written agreement.
