The things people actually ask us
Do I have to change my PMS?
No. We connect to the property management system you already run. Replacing a PMS is one of the most disruptive things a hotel can do, and nothing about our platform requires it.
Do I have to leave my current acquirer?
No. We are deliberately provider-neutral, so you keep the acquiring contract you have already negotiated. If you later want to move, the platform lets you do that without rebuilding your payment setup.
What happens to my existing terminals?
Our terminal software runs on PAX hardware. If your current terminals are not compatible we will tell you plainly, rather than let you discover it during installation.
